We want you to be fully satisfied with your PSD experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and include all original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and liners are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
